If you have been injured in an accident involving an automobile, motorcycle, tractor trailer, water craft or airplane, we may be able to help you get compensation for your injuries, lost wages, and your loss of enjoyment of life.  Injuries can range from soft tissue damage to broken bones.  They can also be injuries that are catastrophic or even have caused death.

AN IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER- LEGAL ACTION MUST BE TAKEN WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE DATE OF YOUR ACCIDENT.  IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEEK COMPENSATION.

Heather Inman was born in Gainesville, Florida and raised in Vero Beach, Florida.  She moved to Knoxville, TN in 2003 with her husband and law partner, Knoxville native, Michael Inman.

 

Heather graduated from the University of Florida in 1998 and Cumberland School of Law in 2003.  She is licensed to practice in all Tennessee State Courts as well as the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

 

In her spare time, Heather volunteers with the Girl Scouts of America, and serves on the Board of the Cedar Bluff Parent Teacher Association (PTSA).  She has also taught Environmental Law and Legal Ethics at South College in Knoxville, TN.

Michael C. Inman was born in Knoxville, Tennessee.  He served in the United States Marine Corps and attended the University of Tennessee (B.A., 1999, with Honors), and Cumberland School of Law (J.D., 2002), and was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2003.  He was a law clerk for the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.  Michael is admitted to practice in all of the state courts, as well as the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.  He is a Master of the Bench of the American Inns of Court, Hamilton Burnett Chapter.  Hobbies and activities include painting, guitar, and deep sea fishing.

Karmen Waters is a native Knoxvillian.  She attended the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana where she earned a BBA in Management Information Systems.  After college, Karmen attended New England Law in Boston, Massachusetts.  Karmen has been practicing law for over fifteen years and her experience includes practice in both the public and private sector.

Lin Phillips was born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.  He grew up in and around Oliver Springs, and attended the University of the South and Middle Tennessee State University where he earned his  Bachelor's in English in 1991.  Lin then embarked on a 17 year stint as the owner of a local restaurant, the Buffalo Mountain Grille, with his wife, where he still is called in to help out on occasion.

 

Lin decided to chase his life-long dream of becoming an attorney and returned to school in 2009.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude in the inaugural class from the Lincoln Memorial University John J. Duncan, Jr. School of Law (J.D., 2013).  During his time there, he interned as a  law clerk for the Tennessee Supreme Court and was a member of the LMU Law Review.  Lin also received the Lincoln Award for his pro bono work while attending LMU.

 

Lin was admitted to the practice of law in Tennessee in 2013. His hobbies include cycling, hiking, and computers.
